Household Service Membership Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 23, 2026.
← Back to your plan1. The agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Household Service Membership ("Membership") offered by Rogers Enterprises LLC ("Rogers Enterprises," "we," "us") to the person who purchases a Membership ("you"). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to these Terms.
The Membership covers qualifying repair labor for the systems, appliances, and hardware listed under What's covered, at the one residential property named on your order. It is not transferable.
2. What's covered

Extras
- Repair it or replace it: pick a compatible replacement and we install it with no extra labor charge
- 15% off installation labor we quote separately
Conditions:
- You pay for all parts and materials; you supply fixtures and appliances you choose
- Work above 12 feet from the floor is not covered
- Existing failures and unsafe conditions are not covered
- Within 50 miles of Trufant, Michigan
3. Service call copays
You pay a copay for each separately scheduled appointment. Visits are not capped.
- Regular scheduled appointment: $65
- Priority same-day appointment: $95
- After-hours emergency appointment: $125
- Weekend or holiday emergency appointment: $150
A priority or emergency rate replaces the regular $65 copay, it is not added to it. If more than one rate could apply, we quote the highest before scheduling. Priority and emergency appointments depend on availability; we do not guarantee an immediate response or same-day completion.
One copay covers all the qualifying labor in a single appointment, including several covered issues we can reasonably handle in that visit. Please tell us about every known problem when you request service. A new or unrelated issue needing its own appointment has its own copay. A return visit only to finish or correct covered work from the original appointment has no second copay. Copays are paid to us at the visit, not through the website.
4. Parts and materials
The Membership covers labor, not parts, materials, fixtures, appliances, or equipment. You pay for all of them.
You supply and pay for items you choose, such as faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, door hardware, and replacement appliances. They must be at the property before the appointment and must fit the existing openings and connections without major changes.
We can supply technical parts, such as outlets, switches, breakers, fuses, valves, and repair components, at our regular selling prices. Our prices may include a markup. We tell you the price and get your approval before we proceed. We may decline to install parts that are incompatible, unsafe, defective, or not approved by us.
5. Repair it or replace it
When a covered appliance fails, you may choose to replace it instead of repairing it. Standard labor to disconnect and remove the failed appliance and install a compatible, like-for-like replacement is included, with no limit on the number of replacements. The copay applies.
- The old appliance has failed or is malfunctioning
- You buy the replacement and have it delivered to the property before the appointment
- The replacement fits the space and uses the existing connections
- The install needs no major electrical, gas, plumbing, ventilation, or structural changes
- The work can be done safely by qualified personnel
Hauling away and disposing of the old appliance is not included. Extra materials, special equipment, utility changes, and nonstandard installs may be charged or quoted separately. Replacing a working appliance to upgrade or change its look is not covered. Gas work is done only by personnel legally authorized to do it, with leak testing and the required safety checks.
6. Existing conditions
Coverage begins when we receive full payment. There is no waiting period.
Covered items must have been properly installed, code-compliant, and working when you enrolled. Please tell us about any known failure or unsafe condition when you enroll. Problems that existed before your effective date are not automatically covered and may be quoted separately. We may inspect equipment, and ask for photos, before deciding whether a repair qualifies.
7. What's not covered
- Anything not listed under What's covered
- New construction, remodeling, renovations, upgrades, and major system replacements, including complete furnace or water heater replacement, tank failure, and new installations
- Structural repairs, ductwork, concealed plumbing needing demolition, and restoring damaged walls, floors, or cabinets
- Electrical: knob-and-tube or aluminum branch wiring, rewiring or new circuits, panel replacement or upgrades, and correcting existing code violations
- Plumbing: toilet or drain clogs, main sewer lines, underground plumbing, wells and pumps, septic systems, and frozen plumbing
- Fire, flood, storm, or other casualty damage
- Unsafe or unserviceable equipment, and equipment needing discontinued or unavailable parts
- Complete door or window replacement, damaged frames, and extensive carpentry
- Exterior work
- Rental or investment properties, unless agreed in writing
- Cosmetic damage, and damage from misuse, neglect, or lack of routine maintenance
When a request is not covered, we offer a separate estimate.
8. Height limit
Work that must be done higher than 12 feet above the floor is not covered. This includes anything mounted that high, such as a light fixture, ceiling fan, outlet, or switch. We can quote it as separate work.
9. Estimates and installation discount
New installations and other work outside the Membership are quoted and approved by you before we start. Active members get 15% off the labor on installation work we quote separately. The discount does not apply to parts, materials, appliances, equipment, taxes, permits, or subcontractor charges.
10. Fair use
Visits are not capped. The Membership covers repairs, not routine maintenance, so a visit where no repair is needed is charged at our regular rates. If a member's requests become unreasonably frequent, we will contact you first, and we will limit service only in a way that is reasonable in the circumstances.
11. Senior discount
Customers 55 and older may take 10% off the Membership price at checkout. The discount is based on the age you confirm at checkout. At your first service visit, we may ask for proof of age. If you cannot show it, the amount of the discount is due before any work begins, and the Membership is not eligible for a refund.
12. Plan term & renewal
Your Membership begins on the effective date on your order confirmation and runs for the term you chose (12, 24, or 36 months). It is paid in full at purchase and does not renew automatically. We will contact you before your term ends if you would like to renew.
13. Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as no service call has been scheduled or completed. After 30 days, or once a service call has been scheduled, the Membership is not refundable. To cancel, call or text us at 616-329-8625.
14. Filing a claim
To request a covered repair, call or text us, the same way you would for anything else. There are no claim forms and no call center. We will confirm the issue is covered and schedule a visit as soon as reasonably possible.
15. Service area & eligibility
Memberships are available for homes within 50 miles of Trufant, Michigan, including manufactured homes. Rogers Enterprises may decline to offer or renew a Membership for a property outside that area or that does not meet our eligibility requirements. Some of our work may be done by members of our team, not only the owners.
Each Membership covers one property: the address on your order. That address does not need to match your billing address. To cover more than one property, purchase a separate Membership for each.
16. Limits of liability
This Membership is a home repair service agreement, not an insurance policy. Our total liability under it is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from a covered repair or from our response to one.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you have an active Membership, we will let you know about any change that materially affects your coverage.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
